Exchange & Returns Policy

  • We hope you love your purchase that you will not want to return or exchange but in the chance you do please follow the steps below.
  • We promise to refund any unworn, unused item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post. Please email: '[email protected]' for a return form. Returns must be returned within 10 days of Purchase.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. 
  • Please also note that items must be returned with all of the tags attached and intact as original state when posted. Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box (if supplied boxed).
  • For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on socks, tights and underwear sets.
  • If you wish to exchange a purchase, please email:'[email protected]' to place a new order for the required item and return the unwanted item to us for processing.
  • All personalised items are non refundable.
